Is the price per person per night? Are there any hidden fees?
No, the price listed includes accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children (unless otherwise specifically noted) for the length of stay noted, and includes all taxes. There are no hidden fees!

Are kids free?
Our hotel and resort packages include accommodations for two children under the age of 18.

What type of accommodations will we be staying in?
We offer a variety of packages from standard hotel rooms up through resort accommodations at Mystic Dunes™ Resort & Golf Club as specified in the package description.

How long is the timeshare presentation / resort preview?
The presentation and resort tour only lasts two (2) hours and will introduce you to the Mystic Dunes™ Resort & Golf Club.

Do I have to purchase a timeshare?
No, you are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Do vacation packages include airfare or car rental?
No, but our Customer Service Department can help you make arrangements after you have purchased your vacation package.

Is there a shuttle service available to the attractions?
Most Orlando hotels offer shuttle service to the major attractions. Contact our Customer Service Department for more information.
